Dear Member,

You may, or may not be aware that TPA has an extensive library of thyroid and thyroid related books which you can borrow for the cost of postage only. We are in the process of updating this at the moment and if anybody has any books they would be happy and willing to lend to other TPA-UK members, please let know the full title of the book, the author, your name and email address and she will add them to our list [jenny.stenning@...]

If you would like to take part in this scheme, and you also have books you would be willing and happy to lend to other members, please will you let me know. I would need the title, the author and your email address and we will then add your name to the list. It doesn't matter if the book is already available in the list below, as we need as many copies as we can, so members are not left waiting for somebody who is in the process of reading it.

All that is needed is for members to click on the email address of the `owner' of the book you wish to borrow so you can write to them asking for their home address. When the owners sends to you, all you need to do is to send that person £2.75 per book (standard postage charge) in stamps to cover the cost of postage and they will send it on to you. This is, of course, UK standard charge, so if you live overseas, the price would need to be adjusted accordingly.
