Hi Jot,Thanks very much for your reply. I've been up a lot the last two nights because the burning is so bad! I will order the P73 wild oil of oregano.....can you offer any advice on dosage & is this something which you'd recommend I take indefinately? This will help me decide how many to order......

Thanks,Kerry x

Hi Alison,

Thanks for your reply. I don't work but have an 18 month year daughter

to look after so the breakfast time is quite hectic. However, I do

think I could rustle up something cooked if I put my mind to it. I'm a

vegetarian which complicates things a bit more I suppose & I also

have lurking candida, hypothyroidism & adrenal fatigue...God its

soooo confusing what I should eat! Scrambled eggs is a good idea &

tomato so thanks for that & I could also cook it in coconut

oil.....but for adrenal fatigue I am trying to also have some starchy

carbs (so I have this with protein & good fats at every

meal)......does anyone know of a 'good' starchy carb that also won't

aggravate yeast infections?!! i.e. I presume brown rice is out?

Confused, upset & extremely thankful for responses,

Hi Kerry, I've used this book quite a lot too and found it quite useful for high magnesium foods. As far as the supplements go, I would be inclined to try just one at a time

Hi Jot,Thanks for this

" For the Thrush, take 2 gelcaps a day for 5 days (morning and afternoon) and then go down to one gelcap for 5 days. " I don't (yet!) have full blown candida so I presume I just follow the dosage for thrush as above for now as? Presumably I could then take one daily forever if I choose to maintain health?...or try & gain it in my case ;O)

Thank you JOT, you are a superstar! xOn Sun, Jun 19, 2011 at 2:24 PM, jitterjotter <jitterjotter@...> wrote:

YUP, just follow the thrush protocol for 10 days and then decide if you want to take it everyday. After 3 days on the WOO, you should feel the thrush is exiting the body but continue for the full 10 days to make sure it is gone.

Cheers,

JOT
