Guest guest Posted March 25, 2011 Report Share Posted March 25, 2011 Hello everyone, I cant work out how much vit A I need to take in relation to vit D. Whats the right balance? At the moment I am taking 2ooo mcg of D ( and if my working out is right, which it probably isn't) I should be taking 20mg of vit A. This seems a lot! Also, anyone know of a multi vit and mineral which doesn't contain iodine? As I understand it if your on thyroxine its not good to take an iodine supplement.
