Hi

I am sorry about your brother, but there is lots of help available

for him, and lots of information for you both, both here and on other

sites.

Please check out the the new CML Society website-it has been upgraded

and you will find lots of information especially helpful for those

newly diagnosed.

www.cmlsociety.org

There are lots of people here with lots of experience that can help

you with your questions as well. Best of luck and will be keeping

your brother in my thoughts

Hi Kuldeep,

Welcome to the group. The best advice I could give you at this point

is to read as much as you can to get a baseline of knowledge then

once you understand the basics, it will be much easier to answer your

specific questions.

Here is a website that will help you to start out:

http://cml.leukemia-lymphoma.org/CMLApp/Controller?

action=loadContent & itemid=191240 & ln=2

You'll have to copy and paste the link to your browswer and sometimes

you need to copy the link in two steps because it will sometimes

break up half way through the copy process.

We are so lucky these days because there are a number of treatments

for CML available now. If one fails, there are others to try so

there is always hope that we will be able to live out a normal life

span.

Take care for now,

Tracey
