Are my zinc, copper and magnesium levels ok?

Could anyone please advise if my recent blood results for zinc, copper and

magnesium are ok please? If they are not ok, could you advise what level they

should be at (so I have some idea of how out they are) and any advice on how to

raise them would be gratefully received. Thank you so much in advance.

serum zinc 14.4 umol/L (11.0 - 24.0)

serum copper 14 pmol/L (11.0 - 22.0)

serum magnesium 0.9 mmol/L (0.70 - 1.00)
