Guest guest
Hello I have read some thoughts that suggest that Degenerative Disk Disease (DDD) could also be an auto-immune condition. Everyone is supposed to have some form of this by the age of 60 since it is the natural aging of the discs whereby they turn from nice, spongey, shock absorbers into thin bits of leather leading to the verterbrae having no distance between them. Some people have pain, others not. I can hardly move in the mornings. I got diagnosed aged 45. Some people can suffer from their 20s. I just thought I would ask if there are other sufferers out there and whether anyone knows any links to hypothyroidism. Thanks in advance, Louise
