Guest guest
Hi still having bad headaches. Anyone any ideas on how to ease them as I don't really like using to many ibuprofen and they are not that effective at the moment. Thanks Debbie xx
Guest guest
Ibuprofen is a really bad drug on the body and especially hard work on the organs. We really should not be using it unless nothing else works especially long term. Sadly we are duped by drug company sponsorship on TV etc which would have us beleive it is a cure all Remember everything we take has a consequence on our body, especially if it is long term. Drugs are not smarties. > > Hi still having bad headaches. Anyone any ideas on how to ease them as I don't really like using to many ibuprofen and they are not that effective at the moment. Guest guest
Hi Sheila After seeing Dr P I started on 1 Nax I immediately got a migraine headache but persevered. I went to 2 then 3. I also started on Armour . I seemed to be doing well then after a week on 2grains Armour I went backwards with hypo symptoms and so bad heads I couldnt get out of bed. I phoned Dr p's secretary who said to cut the Armour back to 1 which I have done.(although I was having headaches even before I started) She also suggested trying just NA Which I am doing 2x2. Kind Regards Debbie xx > >
Guest guest
Hi Debbie: There are so many different reasons for headaches and unbalanced hormones or malfunctioning hormones is one of them. When I was pre-menopausal, I started to get migraines. I never had headache problems before in my life. I started on progesterone and within an hour they disappeared. Sometimes progesterone eliminates them, sometimes it's estradiol. Rub it into your carotid artery in your neck. Headaches can also be a magnesium deficiency. If you take magnesium 400 mgs as soon as you feel a headache coming on, this often relieves them. I recommend everyone take 400mgs a day of magnesium anyway. You can also try 5HTP for headaches...... If they are caused by trigeminal neuralgia, you'll have to take gabapentin. Cheers, JOT
