Help with Adrenal Stress Profile results.

Hi Sheila and Co,

At last I have finally gone ahead with the Adrenal Stress test as suggested by

you a year ago!(sorry)

6 years on T4 feeling dreadful all the usual symptoms, insomnia, tired and

exercise intolerant, then a year on Efra only = massive improvement, esp with

sleep. However still exercise intolerant.

Results:

Adrenal Fatigue- non adapted response.

1st Sample 4.9 Norm range 12-22

2nd Sample 1.9 Norm range 5 -9

3rd Sample 0.9 Norm range 3-7

4th Sample 0.1 Norm range 1-3

Daily Cortisol 7.8 Normal range 21-41

DHEA

2nd sample 0.37 ok

3rd sample 0.28 low

DHEA: Cortisol ratio 4.17 high

DHEA Mean: 0.33 Norm range 0.30-1.00

DHEA: Cortisol ratio 4.17 Norm range 1.0-4.0

I am on all supplements now, D3, Zinc, Mag, Vit C, Selenium.

I want to feel better! Do you think i should start to supplement with with

something for my Adrenals?

I have ordered some Nutri Adrenal Extra....

Please can I have your thoughts.
