question about doing the adrenal saliva test

Hi all

I'm going to do the adrensl saliva test tomorrow. I'm a bit concerned about when

to do the last sample, as I've seen it referred to before as a midnight sample,

but it says on the instructions to collect it before going to bed - for me

that'll be about 9.30! Do I do it then or set an alarm for midnight? I'm

concerned that being woken up by an alarm will effect my cortisol levels! I

don't have to stay up till midnight do I?
