Guest guest Posted February 22, 2011 Report Share Posted February 22, 2011 I know this sounds like a silly question...but if a person feel bad physically/mentally etc. for probably years....how do you know when you are properly better. To me ANY improvement would be great but I don't want to stop before I am optimal. I would also like to to know when first starting NDT...do you gradually start feeling better? or Do you one day sort of notice...hey my body isn't sore...I don't feel depressed....or golly I didn't fall asleep over dinner? I am asking because I THINK I feel a little better but I also think I feel worse... I am taking 2 grains one in the morning and one about 230pm. I feel less tired but I also feel more achy and I feel as though I am trying to catch something like a cold but it never happens and I've been feeling mildly nauseous at certain parts of the day usually evening time. I want to give NDT a fair trial....so would like other stories of how people felt on the way to feeling GOOD,GREAT,HUMAN...again..lol Thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
