Guest guest
I have been on Erfa thyroid 60mgs twice a day for the past 6 weeks and just had the lab results back today. The lab only tested my TSH and FT4 even though a FT3 test was requested (I wrote on the lab request myself that I was taking T3!) TSH 0.05 (0.20-6.00) My TSH has been at this result for the last year FT4 13.2 (10.0-25.0) Just wondering how the FT4 looks now that I am taking Erfa Thanks Han
Guest guest
It doesn't really matter what the FT4 shows - T4 is mainly inactive that makes T3, and if you are feeling good, don't worry about the fT3 either. When taking NDT you really don't need any lab tests to tell you how you are feeling - you really should go by how you feel. If a bit down, then increase by half a grain, if a bit sweaty, dizzy, palpitations etc, drop the dose by half a grain.
