If you are suffering with low temperatures, this is an

Hiya Sheila I'm supporting my adrenals with 42.5mg of hc and 0.2 florinef, they

are stable as per dr rind but low at 36.6.

I can't seem to raise my basal temp above 36.1 even if I take a bed time dose of

t3.

Just wondering if I should raise even more or wait to get all my minerals and

vits tested.
