Guest guest
Hi Steve If you are suffering with low temperatures, this is an indication your adrenals need supporting. See Dr Rind's Temperature graph http://www.drrind.com/therapies/metabolic-temperature-graph Luv - Sheila On 125mg of T3 should i be experiencing higher temp avgs than 36.6 ? Guest guest
Hiya Sheila I'm supporting my adrenals with 42.5mg of hc and 0.2 florinef, they are stable as per dr rind but low at 36.6. I can't seem to raise my basal temp above 36.1 even if I take a bed time dose of t3. Just wondering if I should raise even more or wait to get all my minerals and vits tested. > > Hi Steve > > If you are suffering with low temperatures, this is an indication your > adrenals need supporting.
