This is progesterone cream. Vagifem is estrogen. I use both, progesterone cream twice every day, & vagifem 4 times a week permanently. I also use gynest cream (estriol – another estrogen) once a week.

Serenity cream is mentioned here often, I don't know how that varies in consitiuents from Vagifem but will investigate that too incase that can be a substitute.Thanks again!Is
