Adrenals crashing because of period.

Hi there

Im having terrible problems with my periods. Every month they crash my adrenals

and leave me in bed for around ten days. Then, just as im starting to recover,

it comes around again and the whole thing starts again!

Ive been doing research on taking the pill and adrenal fatigue and everything

says its a bad idea. I think in my case though if it helped stop my adrenals

crashing every month it might give them a chance to heal.

I have tried serenity cream and it did help slightly for a couple of months,

then seemed to make things worse.

Does anyone has any experience on this? Does anyone know what would be the best

contraceptive pill to try? Id be really grateful for any advice.
