Guest guest
HI I regognize many of these symptoms, but I also recognize then from my childhood days, and stress would have been involved in all our family due to our poor Mother's state of health, but in turn I do not know how she coped. The brown spots look like large freckles in main on the arms. I beleive the dark eyes which were nicknamed by one GP as PANDA EYES are also caused by Adrenal Glands. My Father smoked, and the more stressed he was with our Mothers health the more he smoked, in turn smoking makes ones lungs worse, then the heart ending with lung cancer. My Nephews health is heading in the same route, and still he struggles with smoking. I have managed to use photography instead of smoking and alcohol to relax me. My younger Brother embarked on many drugs like canabis in turn damaging himself causing schizophrenia in turn causing our Mother's health to go downhill. I in turn have to wonder if problems of the adrenal gland are causing my BP monitor to continue to error at times. I even took this to BOOTS to see if there was anything wrong with it, but all I got was that they are no longer made and suggesting I buy a new one. I have even enquired in the past if my adrenal glands were ok, but no tests as far as I know have been done. Having had a fall on the bus last June which in turn bought on much pain stopping me from doing anything, and in turn it causes one to be depressed. I went downhill further after going into hospital overnight for a small op only to fall prey to an infection from the patient in the next bed. This in turn caused another admission to hospital my CRP going even higher, and even more pain in my muscles. It starts in the hips then goes to the shoulders, so then one has to struggle to get out of a chair in turn this puts pressure on the next muscle down, from the shoulder to the elbows then to the wrists. The hips to the knees then to the feet. Having suffered for 66 years prescibed wrong drugs in turn causing more problems including cancer, I am now being treated with Prednisolone, which DR PEATFIELD on a visit to him informed me that my GP was actually treating my adrenal glands, in turn he felt my GP should prescribe a small dose of Thyroxine to releive constipation that in turn causes haemorroids, and these bring memories of my Father who thought he was dying as a result of haemorroids. It also appears that I cannot go under 10mg of Prednisolone as pain returned on 5mg. I was also taking them at night with vit D2 and having come across an article that says you should take prednisolone AM and not with vit D2 I changed to taking Prednisolone AM, but pain came back in the night, so I took an extra one at night which got rid of pain, so now I am trying to take one AM and one PM which ammounts to 10mg a day. My GP has also put me back on 25mcg of thyroxine which I hope will prevent haemorroids. I have become more active as a result engaging back into carpentary which in turn helps ones health. Having said all this, is it possible for a whole family to suffer from adrenal fatigue in turn causing family members to fall out with each other. It is also clear that the wrong partner can in fact cause things to be worse, especially if the wife has to put up with anger tantrums from her Husband, and it is men who refuse to seek help, and a mention on alcohol and additional effects on the brain here in turn ANGER and other health problems. The Government do not mind as they reap the benefits on adding more and more VAT on alcohol and cigarettes, but in turn this has put a strain on the NHS, as children as young as 6 end up in hospital as a result of alcohol. Having children places more strain on a female's adrenal glands not only having them, but raising them with the illnesses they bring home. They now say that due to the shared role between males and females on looking after the children that men are less able to adapt to this role and quick to anger in turn resorting to hitting the under one year olds. Could in fact this be a cause of adrenal fatigue, and likely to affect more men. I will certainly present this article to my GP. Fix the adrenals so the body can respond normally to stress and the asthma will disappear. > > > Sources: > http://tuberose.com/Adrenal_Glands.html > Adrenal Fatigue: The 21st Century Stress Syndrome by Dr. > http://www.drlam.com/A3R_brief_in_d... >

Guest guest
We already have this I believe JOT in our Adrenal Folder in the Files section - excellent information. Luv - Sheila ASTHMA, BRONCHITIS or CHRONIC COUGH: Any person with lung problems, especially asthma and bronchitis should be checked for poor adrenal function. The lungs cannot respond appropriately to stress, allergens etc because of lack of cortisol. Asthma is often considered an emotional disease because stress can trigger an attack. Fix the adrenals so the body can respond normally to stress and the asthma will disappear. •ALLERGIES: Most allergies involve an inflammatory process. As the adrenal function decreases, allergies worsen. Generally, if the adrenal glands were functioning properly, the body would not respond to the allergen. This same anti-inflammatory effect is important in asthma also. As the adrenal glands heal, allergies are markedly reduced. •RECURRENT INFECTIONS: Severe and/or recurrent infections (especially respiratory) often indicate adrenal problems. The more severe, the more frequently it occurs or the longer it lasts, the more likely adrenal fatigue is involved in the infection.
