Miranda, Did you get replies to this mail.

I personally would increase again slowly this time, until you feel you are at the right dose...yes teeth clentching can be associated with hypo, but then what isnt?!........ride the storm and see how things go. Have you got adrenals upport in place?

Hi all. I've got myself into a bit of a state and would really appreciate some advice. Some time ago Dr P advised me to start taking 2 grains of armour a day.I thought I was doing the right thing by gradually increasing the dose by half a grain at a time but reading other posts here I realise I did this too quickly. There was a point quite early on when I experienced hyper feelings but after stopping the armour for a couple of days and starting again at a lower dose I felt fine again and haven't felt these side effects since.A week or so back though I noticed I was really clenching my teeth together and because it carried on I worried it was because I had built up to 3.5 grains without allowing 3 weeks between increases.I dropped back to 2 then 2.5 grains but am now seeing a return of some of my original symptoms. I've never heard any mention of tension in the jaw linked to armour and I'm wondering now if it's entirely

unrelated.Basically I've messed about so much taking the dose up and down that I've got no idea what I'm doing any more.Any ideas please? Many thanks, Miranda
