Guest guest
Hi How wonderful that you are not depressed in the mornings by taking T3 at lights out. I can only speak from my own experience.... I thought I was stabilized on T3 and didn't think otherwise. The conscientious side of me took over and then, by accident, I started taking double my dose without realising and without any adverse symptoms, and thank goodness, because I would never have been brave enough to have done it consciously. I realise you are very sensitive to medication and so am I. Looking at your temps you are not stabilized on a perfect formula. I don't take adrenal support (maybe I should) but I find that adjusting one's dose can help. I remember you saying that taking more T3 at night sent your heart racing. Mine still races on occasion... all I suggest is to do what you did before and take a little more T3 at lights out. The palpitations should subside after a few days, and if not, then stop taking the extra dose of T3. I would then think you would need some who knows more about adrenal supplements as I am not on them. Give the extra T3 a try (possibly 5 or 10 mcg] and report back in a 2 to 3 days.
