Hello Debbie,

as you can see from yout IgA result, you do suffer from an overgrowth of Candida Albicans. The infection does not seem to be too bad, but could easily become so if you did not take measures to kill it off.

I would recommend for you to follow Dr. Peatfield's Candida treatment protocol (in the files) and avoid all sugars, grains, and alcohol totally for about 3 months. And it's vitally important to take a good probiotic every day indefinitely.

Please be aware that Candida will easily return as soon as you "indulge" in anything that makes the yeast get out of control - so to avoid sugars as much as possible should become a 'way of life'. This does not mean you can never have it after Candida treatment and a 3 monthly 'sugar fast' but just be aware that Candida has a tendency to come back at the speed of lightening.... it does not take much. This is why it is so important to keep on with a good probiotic indefinitely to balance the good guy with the bad guys in the intestines.
