ANOTHER UPDATE: OT - What should I do - baby sick

Please, how can I tell if my son is getting enough to drink? He had a bottle this morning and threw up the whole lot. He won't drink pedilite he took one tiny sip, and then pushed it away.

How can I tell if he is dehydrated? He had very little wettness in his daipers yesterday, they were almost bone dry, I changed hi about four times and there was almost no sign of any liquid.

I am very worried and almost at panic stage right now. His fever is gone, or its very low - he fells normal (i haven't taken the temp this morning) He had a terrible sour smelling poop - really awful. I don't know what to do.
