PLEASE HELP....endometriosis

I really hope someone can help me out............

My sister in law is 30 years old. She is trying DESPERATELY to have her first

child. She miscarried at about 6 weeks gestation about 2 months ago. She had

been complaining of VERY painful periods, back pain, constipation etc. for

about 2 years before this. All the MD's that she had seen (GYN/GI

specialists, etc) all blew her off, brushing off her symptoms, calling it

PMS, depression etc, she had been trying to conceive for about 1 full year.

After the miscarriage she demanded a sonogram as the pain had persisted, now

worse than ever. On sonogram they disovered that she had a mass that measures

17 cm!!!! They scheduled immediate surgery, and through an abdominal

incision, discovered a FLUID filled mass surrounding her ovary, they took 1

ovary, and one tube along with the mass, through a 6 " incision! She was in a

lot of pain, and is still recovering, (this was last week.) They now told her

that the tube and ovary affected was covered in endometriosis

My question is........At 30 years old, endometriosis, which is still present

uterine (supposodly the existing ovary and tube is unaffected as of now) is

there ANY hope of her having children??? I know that if she was to get preg.

it would help the Endo. She can NOT receive hormone treatment to stimulate

the existing ovary b/c it would help feed the Endo. Is there ANY NATURAL

treatment for Endo??? What are her real chances here?? She will DO ANYTHING

to have a baby!! Any help would be so greatly and humbly appreciated.....any

knowledgeable, or BTDT people please help us. Or any sites you can direct me

to?

I told my husband if if came down to anyone I would carry a baby for it would

be her. And I would do it in a heartbeat, if we can even harvest her eggs at

this point ((
