Guest guest
Bonnie: You have the KAK virus. I also had that one passed along to me--it's rampant and sometimes not detected by virus scan. I don't know too much about clearing it, but tell me what anti virus software you use and maybe I can find out more. In the meantime, go to your email program (I'm assuming you use Microsoft Outlook Express to manage your email) Go to " tools " then " options " Under Options, look at your " signature " file. Most likely it shows your " signature " as being a program C:/Windows/Programs/KAK or something like that. Make sure you delete that from your signature file before you send any emails or you'll pass it along. You will have to do this each time you boot up your computer--or it reappears every time until the virus is cleaned out of your computer. (If you have another email address--a web based one it might be a good idea to use that until you get things cleaned up) If only more people could find this list and the inspirational people here...maybe we could rid the world of these plagues! Guest guest
Hi Patti, I will send on a little anedcotal evidence. Cliff This account of Pancreatic cancer was sent to me Friday Oct. 25 by Nan Parsons. Cliff ********* Hello, I thought I would add my story to the others you have collected. My husband had pancreatic cancer in 1994 which was discovered during surgery. It was larger than they had thought from looking at his first C.A.T. Scan, and it had spread all around. Was grown around two of the body's main blood carrying vessels and was almost over to the iver. They removed nothing but took fine needle aspirations. The lab report on it came back as being Adenoma Carcinoma. They gave him possibly 3 months to live. When we got home, we treated him with everything in the alternative field that we could hear or learn about. One of these items was 1 Tablespoon low fat cottage cheese mixed with 1 Tablespoon Flax Seed oil, 3 times a day. He gradually got better, put back on 25 pounds and was feeling good, and so 5 months after the surgery, I requested another C.A.T. Scan. It showed that there was no cancer anywhere. The doctors were amazed and didn't knowwhat to make of it. Since we had used so many methods of Alternative, we didn't give the Flax Seed Oil all of the credit - we didn't know what had brought about the " all clear " . But after reading your testimonies on the Internet, I have recently begun on it myself, having recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. Now I am filled with hope. Nan Parsons ********** In answer to my request for permission to publish this letter Nan wrote further as follows: You are welcome to use this information any way you want. This story has been published in a widely read newsletter put out by The Health Resource in Conway, Arkansas. It eventually reached the Cancer Control society in Los angeles and they notified my husband and asked him to speak at their annual meeting. He declined as he does not see himself as a public speaker. We have copies of he letters from the surgeon [Dr. Postier] in Oklahoma City [affiliated with Oklahoma University Medical Center] to our local surgeon [Dr. Tim Gilbert] who referred us to Dr. Postier. In his lab reports, Dr. Postier reported the type of cancer and gave his prognosis for my husband. In spite of these reports we know that Dr. Gilbert absolutely refused to believe that my husband had ever had cancer when he was the one who had been searching for the reasons he had been so ill for five months, had him in the hodspital here in Ponca City, Oklahoma for a week running tests and then finally sent us to Dr. Postier. We do know that doctors do refuse to believe anything good can come out of the Alternative field. Since that report was published we have sent out hundreds of copies of it to people all over the nation. Guest guest
Hi Mitch The only one I can think of at the moment is Frontier Medical Services (used to be know as Exploration Logistics) of Mitcheldean Glos GL17 ODD. E-mail: frontier@... (or use a search engine to trace their website) Not the best in the business and certainly not the best payers but a good place to start on the remote med trail. They now tend to only employ nurses with the offshore med cert. but worth a try!! You could also try: medicaljobs@.... They are a large worldwide remote med provider but can be very slow at answering your application. Cheers - S Help please Guys, I am wondering if any of you would be able to help. I am currently coming to the end of my contract working within a busy orthopaedic fracture clinic and I am looking for work. (We all are) yet I am wondering if anyone would be able to give me an address / e-mail or web site of companies who have positions for medics overseas. I have heard a lot about mines and remote location sites requiring medics, I have also read several e-mails from those on the list who work in these environments, yet when searching I find nothing. Would anyone be able to shed some light, possibly even point me in the right direction. Thank you. Mitch
Guest guest
, Thanks for the info. I have sent off my details to both companies yet neither have replied. I also can't get in touch with anyone at international SOS HQ on the dog and bone. Not unusual eh! Thanks very much for your information, and if you or anyone else hears about other company's or organisations requiring medics then please feel free to let me know. anthony.mitchell3@... Do what you can, if it's only 5 minutes then do 5 for a few days, and slowly build up. Also set a time frame that works for your exercise and try not planning anything else during that time. For instance these days My time for exercise was 9-10am, but has kind of gravitated more towards 10-11am the past week. When school starts I will move it to a more convienent time of about 7-8am when my younger 2 will still be asleep and my oldest in school. I try to schedule things so they will not conflict with that. I have been trying to get in exercise in the evening, but as I don't like to exercise too close to dinner time and not too late because the endorphins interfere with sleeping I dont' always get that in. Now that school is starting and I am moving my morning exercise up in time I am thinking I may move my evening to afternoon so I can do it before dinner and before the kids get home. This " should " work out better then my now between 6 and 8pm time. as for meals I know from experience it is much easier said then done, but try meal planning. I normally planned my even meals and then just worked in breakfast and lunch to help comply with dinner. This week I actually planned all 3 meals and 2 snacks. Start out slowly though you don't want to try and do too much all at once or it makes it difficult to stick with the program. a
Guest guest
This is from Dr Sherri Tenpenny's book on vaccines. Let the wound bleed freely, since this helps to eliminate bacteria and suplies oxygen. Apply hydrogen peroxide to the wound. Homeopathic remedies Ledum and Hypericum, administered when a wound looks suspicious, these have a track record for the prevention of tetanus for more than a century. Keep these in your medicine cabinet. Consider use antibiotics and/or TIG (Tetanus Immune Globulin) Tetanus is not a uniformly fatal disease and treatments are available for potential infection. Hope this helps a bit. Fern help please i just read about tetanus on wikipedia and it says the best environment for tetanus is just what my son was playing in.... rich organic material AND it said animal manures including chickens which their baby chicks live on that compost pile they were digging in... I feel SICK! I am so worried. Can anyone help me? Guest guest
Dear Genna, I understand that panic. Ive felt it often over the years, but we always found washing with H2O2 sufficient. Then we gave homoeopathic Ledum, but I think that was more for OUR parental distress than anything else!!! :0) You see, we also felt scared by the doctors' dire threats, even though we knew that fear was being used to market vaccines.  I've been told that one child would lose his fingers if I didn't use antibiotics, another child would never walk again if we didn't allow him to be injected with a radioactive isotope & if we refused further aggressive antibiotic & steroid treatment, and so many other off-the-wall prognostications....ALL were WRONG! It seems that they will do anything, say anything, to knock your confidence in the body's ability to heal itself, given the right fuel.  We have " Patient refuses... "  and " Mother refuses... "  all over our files.  That Wikipedia stuff is to frighten people into vaccinating. They refrain from telling you that many people have this bug with no symptoms - hence some people get tetanus in operating theatres, some from ear infections, etc.   DH was offered a tetanus jab today after he tripped. He had 4 stitches in his forehead, contusions & lacerations on shoulder, knee & cheek. A gouge, rather than puncture, and it was on concrete, not compost. He was also offered antibiotics & ibuprofen. Oh dear, the doctor was unable to up-sell anything & HE was most distressed. " Do you want fries with that? "   If they cleaned the wound properly, DH wouldn't need a jab. He came home & used Arnica & took extra vitamin C. The ripped up toe nail is the most painful one, so we used Hypericum successfully. He's sound asleep now & drug free.  Years ago, DH had 3rd degree oil burns from an industrial-sized pressure cooker that blew its lid. Burnt from hip to ankle. We just kept misting it with aloe vera on clean strips of cotton. Twice a day we misted it with colloidal silver. He was offered the ubiquitous tetanus jab, anti-inflams, pain killers & antibiotics. We just upped his vitamins & juiced lots of veg..  His boss had less severe burns & was in hospital on all of the above drugs for 6 weeks. I would put that down to crappy hospital food that sat in heated cabinets for hours [not a raw fruit or veg to be found], as well as the deleterious effects of so many unnecessary drugs and of being surrounded by people who had no personal interest in his welfare. DH was back to work on light duties in 10 days & fully functioning a month after that, thank heavens - nothing worse than having a bored DH invalid at home!! I think it was Dr R Mendelsohn who said that when someone is diagnosed with diabetes, the gleeful medicos are looking at $250,000 in future income. That was over 20 years ago, so they must be a darned sight more gleeful with their up-selling nowadays.  Take heart. If they need to offer jabs, then THEIR wound hygiene is lacking! What an indictment!  Maracuja From: peacegenna <bantatribe@...> Subject: help please Vaccinations Date: Monday, May 19, 2008, 7:05 PM i just read about tetanus on wikipedia and it says the best environment for tetanus is just what my son was playing in.... rich organic material AND it said animal manures including chickens which their baby chicks live on that compost pile they were digging in... Guest guest
Hey Kim! HOpe your new year was great too, hon. so sorry to hear of your problems. I can really understand about the depression....chronic pain, even when under control can make us depressed, yet alone when it is flairing. Do you have RSD, or another illness? The reason that I ask, is that with my RSD, when my RSD spreads, or is having a major flair where it is usually controlled, tends to burn in places where it doesn't usually. I am certainly not trying to worry you...this is just how my body reacts. I do get severe spasms in my legs...bad enough to bring me to my knees. These are in my legs. Perhpas this is what you had and they are still very sore from it. I know my muscles cry for a few days after these spasms. I am unable to go into a tub of water as it just kills my legs. I cannot stand the water touching it. I really miss the pool. The water therapy, even though it was quite painful, did the most help for me. Now that I am a diabetic, I can't go into the whirlpool anymore anyway, so it doesn't matter. Your idea about contacting your rep is a good one. it never hurts to ask questions. the worst that can be said is that it isn't the machine. I hope you are feeling better ASAP. Hang in, Kim. Take care, Gentle hugs to you and all, Kathy G. C-owdf **************New year...new news. Be the first to know what is making headlines. Guest guest
Kathy Thanks for replying. As far as I know I do not have RSD. I have DJD, lumbar stenosis, progressive scoliosis, degenerative arthritis, neurological changes due to my hardware sitting on my SI nerve coming out of the SI joint, and some other disc issues. To me the whirlpool in my tub usually helps a lot of my muscle problems it has been a real god send for me since we got it put in. I thought that it was the severe spasms too I know exactly what you are talking about them being so sore afterrwards. This burning however does not feel that way. I am not sure what it is. I think I am going to call my rep today and see what he has to say. Thanks for listening. Kim L Re: help please Hey Kim!
