Finally in de-tox/question about black tea/coffee

Hello Everyone,

I'm finally in de-tox, at, are you ready for this? THREE mg. of Iodine, 1 tablet

of Standard Process. After a couple of days of nothing happening at 1.5 mg, I

went up to a 3 mg. tablet yesterday morning. By around 5 p.m. last night, I had

a taste like nail polish remover in my mouth (really not metallic) and felt

really tired and weak, along with a headache. I immediately took a third dose of

C, which would equal 3,000 mg. for the day, and took a de-tox bath. Those

helped. I had very weird dreams last night.

This morning, I have already got the first dose of 1,000 mg. of C, and will go

up to maybe 4,000 on that today...along with another detox bath tonight, take my

other supps, lots of water, and try to get through. Vitacost shipped my salt

separate from the rest of my order (I don't know why, maybe the facility in SC

was out of it). Hopefully, I'll get that today, so I can salt load tomorrow.

I had a question: I am a heavy tea drinker, and I was online doing some reading

on de-toxing, and found out that tea is full of flouride, esp. the black tea

that I drink, and have for twenty one years. I average about 4 cups a day. So, I

understand now that my tea habit has to go, but what about coffee? Can I drink

that, or is it off the list too as far as flouride goes?

That may be why I'm having such a horrible time de-toxing at low doses-I'm

overloaded on flouride also, and I'm not only releasing bromide, but flouride at

high amounts, too.

Any ideas on this?

Thanks,

Tamara
