Extreme Kudos for the amazing and wonderful help our mods provide here:

3 Cheers !

As a result of the recent exchanges regarding nutrients I went on a search for

salt info & sources.

Found an interesting comparison & a couple of decent looking sources.

Celtic is collected in certain spots, seemingly in France, where seawater pools

at high tide, then dries.

Himalayan is mined from deposits deep in the mountains.

What the comparison pointed at was the age & purity of the Himalayan vs. the

simple fact that nowadays most oceans are very polluted, so the Celtic may be

gathered where it has recently crystalized and hence MAY not be as pure.

Based upon this info; another fact, and my liking of pink over gray...here is

where I ended up:

http://www.sfbsc.com/himalayan-salt

Please notice that if one gets 10# the shipping is free.

(These folks have MANY kinds of salt including the Celtic...)

A close competitor is:

http://www.saltworks.us/shop/product.asp?idProduct=373

As with the above, they offer free shipping on many varieties, but I think the

1st one has better deals generally.

One final (personal) note - Saltworks is near Seattle, Washington - and though

both are west coast firms, I chose the one =>farther<= from where I've heard the

highest level of fallout ('the plume') from 3/11 passed through in it's travels.

Best Wishes to All !
