But the problem is, if I don't eat carbs I lose too much weight. I'm a 6ft guy and very slim already. I mainly eat rice, potato and rice noodles for my carbs and lots of olive oil. Enemas are just going to clean the colon part of your intestines. Or had any general success with iodine enemas?Ric >> Thanks, something to think about!> > > Shepheard, Thirty-One Consultant> (540) 357-5565> > From: dAVId <dhallgar@...>> iodine > Sent: Sunday, November 13, 2011 10:02 AM> Subject: Iodine Enemas> > >  > Just a WAG, wild ass guess, from taking bicarbonate enema's, the iodine, as bicarbonate does, goes straight into the blood, If you like trekking on the edge, try those, similiar to using a nebulizer with iodine. It could be that the symptom is telling you, you have a bunch of crap in your blood, that needs flushing out, either bacterial, fungal and possibly viral, or it could be halogens. I take a tablespoon of dmso with my iodine, and it seems to flush out the bad boys, without any symptoms. DMSO is a diuretic.> A dose of halogens is what the anesthesiologist gives you to put your brain to sleep. A mixture of four molecules of flouride, two molecules of bromide, and two of chlorine, of course you get a bucketful, If you enjoy that feeling, when waking from anesthesia, then you may not wish to take iodine. Everyone is different, Of course I do not like it, I would rather be mentally alert. david lubbock tx.  >
