Guest guest
I wonder if anyone could enlighten me a bit on these things, please ? Starting with vitamin C...I already have and use a non-ester 1000mg tablet of this, so: is there some great reason to change to the ester- form of it ? Magnesium now; I spray on nigari water, and drink water with mag. bicarb. added, always. How does one know if it's enough magnesium and also - is there a good reason to add/change to the Magnesium Glycinate instead ? Lastly - selenium. It is needed in a miniscule (mcg) amount, and I hesitate to supplement too much of it very often because it negates (and is also part of) the silver metabolism process when one gets too much selenium. Any clues regarding how LITTLE one may 'get away with' and still be in good shape for iodine absorption, please ? I am OK getting a bunch of stuff from Vitacost, especially the vitamin D as I get little sunlight usually (it's 4AM and I've not slept yet...), but I'd like to learn a smidgin more before I hit the 'buy' button, please ? Thanks, and Best Wishes. mark
