I have swelling in my knees (as well as pain) I

cannot afford to see a doctor or get an MRI and, of course, their

solutions are going to be surgery (which I also cannot afford and not

sure I even want.) I started "painting" my knees, but no brush. I put

Lugol's and Magnesium oil on my knees with my bare hands (less than a

week now) and am starting to see a reduction in the swelling (and my

hands feel better as well!.) It sure looked yucky at first, but as

long as I allow 20-30 minutes, it all soaks in. Ask me in a few weeks

if the swelling and pain have gone down to a give me a more normal knee

and (maybe) less pain.

Rae, I addressed this in the last day. If you use a brush you will

waste a lot of the

Lugol's, it isn't appropriate to do that, imo. Also, it needs to be in

a carrier oil, as I

have been discussing, in order to avoid skin irritation. Please go back

to my other

recent posts on this subject.
