Guest guest
D., I do not need your input to determine if I remain on the list or not, although I have found the information supplied to be of little scientific value. Thanks, aaah5
Guest guest
Hi Lindie -- No problem. I'll set your subscription to NoMail, meaning you'll still be on the list but you won't get any email. When you come back either you or I can reset your subscription to Normal or Digest. Have a good trip! Unsubscribe From: Lindie4@... Dear , I will be spending the next week with my kids, cuddling my newest grandbaby, so I won't be able to keep up with the list for a while. Please unsubscribe me. Guest guest
, You must be accustomed to having people do things for you. You have to do this yourself. You put unsubscribe in the SUBJECT line of your email. That will not work. If, instead, you follow the directions CORRECTLY and send a mail to this ADDRESS: oxyplus-unsubscribeonelist you will be unsubscribed from the list. My computer goes into the shop today, so I won't even be here to give you instructions again. But you either have to get it right, or you won't get off the list. Ever. jim wrote: > this is about the 10th time of doing thishow many more > time do i have to unsubscribe before you take me off you > list? -- jim@... http://www.entrance.to/madscience http://www.entrance.to/poetry The biggest difference between genius & stupidity is that genius has its limits. -- anony amicus certus in re incerta
Guest guest
, I just did a search and found at least four other attempts by you to unsubscribe in the past two weeks, using the SAME method. If it didn't work the first four times, why would it work now? Do you not undestand the difference between a subject line and an email address? If you put this in the address line instead of what you're doing, you will be unsubscribed: oxyplus-unsubscribeonelist Notice the word unsubscribe imbedded in that email address? Send an email to that address, exactly that address, without a single typo, and it will work. Leave the subject line blank. Don't even write a message. Just SEND IT TO THAT ADDRESS! If you aren't able to follow those directions, at the bottom of every oxyplus post, then you can go to log in, go to " my onelist " and check the box to unsubscribe, save changes, and that will unsubscribe you. If you don't have an account registered there, register one, then unsubscribe. 'Cause I'll tell you, guy, if you don't do it according to either of the two ways that will work, then you are going to be on this list til Kingdom come! jim -- jim@... http://www.entrance.to/madscience http://www.entrance.to/poetry The biggest difference between genius & stupidity is that genius has its limits. -- anony amicus certus in re incerta
