You have to unsub yourself, sorry. Try going here for that:

Not to be a jerk or anything, but not running a virus screen (if

you use Outlook

for your e-mail client), and/or clicking on attachments, can 'bug' ya a

lot. It's not

the list's fault, in other words. Just the nature of the Internet beast.

Sorry you're

leaving.

Is this true? Did " OUR " Saul really UN-subscribe to THE list of LISTS on the

Internet?

I will miss your insights, your wisdom, your graciousness if this is true.

Otherwise, come back real soon.

I have oxygen on the brain, and ozonated olive oil on the feet.

Peace,

Hi,

Glad that you have found our list useful. Please let me know if you ever have any suggestions or observations that you would like to make.

I have set your subscription to "no mail/web only" format. You may go to the web site and access mail at any time from any location and read list mail.

When you return you will not have to resubscribe; just let me know and I shall be happy to change your subscription back to "individual message" format.

Hope you and your family have a good summer.

We will be away for the most part of the summer, so please take us off the list for the summer, I'll miss reading and keeping up on everyone, but, I guess I'll catch up in the fall.

Thank you so much.

You have to go to the home page of our group and unsubscribe from there

yourself. We cannot do it for you...

Hi...if you go to the website, you can put this group on Web Only and you would

not be unsubscribed, but you would not get emails in your box. Just another

option...Rita

Unsubscribe

Could someone be so kind enough to show me how to unsubscribe as I will

be on vacation for most of the balance of July/01

Thanks.

This list is intended for patients to share personal experiences with each

other, not to give medical advice. If you are interested in any treatment

discussed here, please consult your doctor.

apatart

You need to do this yourself. The following is copied from the Headers

section of the emails of the list and includes directions for you.

<<List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:-unsubscribe >

Date: 17 Aug 2001 00:55:24 -0000>>

so if you send a blank email to

-unsubscribe

that will be more effective in achieving your goal than countless postings

to the list.
