Guest guest Posted January 2, 2012 Report Share Posted January 2, 2012 hi. i just started eating kelp like 6 g- it is from a very reliable organic source. its just for now since i don't have any iodine supplement yet. I can tell it is strong and i am already having detox symptoms after 2 days. is that normal? my detox symptoms are sluggish, headache, tired, and weight gain or puffiness feeling. how do i get rid of it. i exercise and eat no grains or sugar. any suggestions?
