I’m thinking about mixing it in a netti pot but I am not sure if this is ok or how much to mix with distilled water???? In our home we use two things (my husband suffers from them). Alkalol (we get it from www.luckyvitamin.com ) and X-Clear which can be found at most healthfood stores and many places online.
