Hi Group: I’ve been lurking this group for some time. I’m interested in iodine due to being diagnosed with A-Fib and enlarged prostate. I’ve found reference to both conditions benefiting by iodine supplementation. I have been taking 25 MG of Iodoral, 12.5 MG in am and 12.5 MG in pm, for several weeks. I just started taking 25 MG both in am and pm two days ago. I’ve got a shoulder joint that is hurting like a joint with a gout attack – but I don’t get gout anymore with the allopurinal I take. The only thing changed is the Iodoral dose………will Iodine produce joint pain? Any ideas? Dave in Portland
