Im having semi low body temperature maybe thats because of the fruits etc i dont know because alot of raw fooders have this in the beginning. Anyway im taking lugols iodine to see if it can help me and for other stuff aswell. Im taking 50mg to 100mg a day now and i was wondering if this can be to much and what symptoms it can have? Im currently cutting calories on my diet to loose some fat but im not cutting that much. Im working out with weights and all and i have noticed that my energy is just waay off. Everything is just a struggle esp my legs are just flat out exhausted. Can this be coming from to much iodine? can it crash your energy and leave you feeling fatigued?
