Guest guest
grace,I'd love to hear any experience or info about LDN. I was reading about it last night, it looks very promising (I was very recently diagnosed with Hashi's and have just started the iodine protocol). Sorry if this is off topic, feel free to email me directly. Thanks!Kristi Kristi Tickety BuTicketyBu.com On Jan 16, 2012, at 7:01 PM, tobdncng@... wrote: Hi , First of all, welcome to the group! Glad you are here. I have found that using Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) along with the Iodine Protocol has saved my life. I am still struggling with issues like adrenal fatigue, but I have so much more hope. You are at least finding out what is wrong at a young age and getting to address it with healthy alternatives. I struggled for over 50 years before I found these two helpers! If you want more info on LDN, let me know. I have 40-60% less pain with the LDN. I have just passed being on it for 2 years and wouldn't live without it. I am also working on learning how to meditate. I am reading "Full Catastrophe Living" by Cabat Zinn. Awesome book. I have read another edition before and reading this new one, 15th I think. Were it not for the LDN and the Iodine Protocol, I would not be able to tackle doing the meditation. Some days I have NO pain. Best wishes! Glowing, grace~
Guest guest
Maybe ask that on the OT group? Many of us have experience with LDN (myself included) and the conversation could get very lengthy ~*~ Hugs ~*~ Akiba ~*~ ~*~ Pragmatic Visionary ~*~ -- Re: Re: New to the group - questions! grace, I'd love to hear any experience or info about LDN.
