Graciela-Thanks for that informative article about selenium. I always wonder if our supplements have the right kind. I was excited to see that my Usana minerals do! Just more proof for me that the Usana scientists continue to put the best ingredients in their supplements, even if they cost more. I also appreciated that the article talked about breasts storing toxins that lead to breast cancer and nursing problems. Both fit my history.

One of the best things I have experienced from the iodine protocol was that it really cleaned out the lumps and bumps and repaired the scar tissue from cancer treatments in my breasts. Iodine is the best detox for the breasts! It still has not gotten rid of all the effects of radiation. I can still see red in my thermographs, but I am working on it!
