I’ve said this before- that BACTERIA is the worst problem and Iodine will take care of that. You CAN’T speed things up without getting Diarrhea. Don’t push the envelope and try and live WITHIN the limits of your GP, LESS FIBER and LESS FAT and keep down the bacteria. That’s all you can do. Iodine will kill off the BAD GUYS and you just need to add some GOOD GUYS and that should level it all out. Plus of course some probiotics and HCL and Pepsin and Pacreatin. Not hard to figure out. Guest guest
The body wants to be healthy. If we give it what it requires, it will produce well-being, even at fairly advanced old age. We are not only what we eat, we are what we think too. That is, our thinking directly influences our health. So, always be optimistic. Guest guest
I have been blesst that the GP has actually gotten a lot better . I can eat most any thing and praise God daily for that. At one time i could eat barely nothing. I was skinny and boney and now i am 30 lbs over weight. I would rather be over weight and be able to eat rather then be sick like a dog like i was before. I did 13 drops today and think I over did it so will go down to 7 or 8 drops but I do have energy I have not had in 4 years so am thrilled with that . Plus I don't have severe diarea more gas then any thing. Got to get to bed. Guest guest
Rae-- Yes, it is easy to get enthusiastic about the positive effects of the iodine and push too hard and too fast. Easy does it. Every time you upset your body by going too fast, it takes time to recover. So remember to have patience and don't push over the limits. Better to be a little under the limit that pushing over and having your body go through too hard of changes. The only time we suggest pushing through the detox symptoms and continuing to increase the dose is when there is a time-sensitive ailment such as an aggressive cancer dx. And what Dean said is so very true-- The iodine is arresting problems that might have developed, while our bodies heal the old stuff up. So have compassion for yourself and have patience. We all need to take heed of this. -- moderator On 10 Jan 2012 at 22:36, Rae Dube wrote: > > > > I have been blesst that the GP has actually gotten a lot better . My whole computer internet and phone was down , thus is was I am just responding. Thanks so much for cluing me it. Won't be doing that again. Felt awful. Will start at 5 or 7 drops again. I wish I could of bottled that energy. Been years since I felt like doing much.
