Letmar-- I would increase the C since you are taking so much iodine. The range

for the protocol is 2,000 to 4,000 mg per day. Generally speaking, if you're in

the

upper ranges of iodine intake, you should be in the upper ranges of the

companion

nutrients.

Let us know how it goes. Btw, you can get 5% Lugol's from ebay, for less than

the Crowe's brand. The two sellers I trust are The_Full_Orchestra and

nassauconnection, though others have been happy with other sellers.
