Can iodine help with colitis/C?

I'm on a very strict diet (no grains/starches, sugar, processed food), I take

LDN, muscle testing found yeast, parasites, adrenal fatigue, clogged

gallbladder, stressed liver, and blood test found elevated (high) blood sugar.

I'm working with a nutritionist who helped for 4 months but then everything

stopped working again. I'm not overweight and I eat amazingly healthy. I feel

like I'm looking out at the ocean and don't know where to direct my sails.

I haven't tested my thyroids yet. I'm on another forum and asked about er...

Being stinky. They said it may be from adrenals working too hard. I've also

noticed since yesterday my face has been flushing.

Any suggestions?

The first thing that comes to mind is B-12. Make sure you're getting enough.

There is a blood test for it. See the book: Could It Be B12?: An Epidemic of

Misdiagnoses. It is available on Amazon.com

You could just try to take it and see how you react to it. Nasal spray is pretty

reliable for absorption. I would take it that way, also by spraying under the

tongue. You want the methylated type. Lozenges might be good too. Or the

injection route, if possible.

I assume you're on the iodine protocol. If not, why wait? I would start off at

50mg and go up from there while listening to your body. NOW makes a supplement

for candida called Candida Clear which should be helpful.

Peace and gratitude, Dean
