Gastroparesis and used the liquid Lugol’s (I think I told you) 5% and started

off with 1 drop per day for one week and then 2 drops and so on. I CHOSE the

liquid, not just because it is cheap but because it would come into contact

with the entire stomach and small intestine and mix with the food and get into

all the little corners and KILL THE BACTERIA that has accumulated in there. You

don’t want the pill which will bypass your stomach where some of the problem

lives.

Within 3 weeks

and only at 3 drops per day, I was starting to already feel better. The

problems with Gastroparesis is that BACTERIA BUILDS UP and causes a lot of problems.

The Iodine will take care of all that and it did for me.

I think you misunderstood. The liquid Lugol's is sometimes

less absorbable for people with gut issues and they do better on Iodoral

because it delivers lower in the gut.

Thank you for your responses. To answer your question , I have

never taken oral Lugol’s. Before finding this list, I had used nascent

iodine but only one bottle. I will keep what you say in mind regarding

absorption issues with the liquid Lugols and stay on the pill form.

I like the idea of painting the Lugol’s on my thyroid in a carrier oil. I

am also going to up my pill dose to 125. I have been at 100 mg. with no

detox symptoms. I am researching the least expensive way to purchase the

iodorol right now. Any suggestions would be welcome.

But yes, increasing the iodine is the protocol to seeing change in disease

states. In

addition, paint the Lugol's on the outside of your throat over the thyroid, the

whole

area. External application over problem areas really helps, in addition to the

internal.
