Folks,

Those of you who want to unsubscribe have to do it for

yourselves. There are directions at the bottom of every post.

Please follow them correctly and send an email to THAT ADDRESS,

not this one!

Self-help requires intelligence, common sense, and the ability to take

responsibility for your own actions. By joining the list you agree to hold

yourself FULLY responsible FOR yourself. Do not use any ideas found here

without consulting a medical professional, unless you are a researcher or health

care provider.

Most of the people who do that are AOL subscribers. AOL takes great

pride in " making it easy " ... but doesn't bother telling " newbies " that

the whole world doesn't work the same way! Every newsgroup I've ever

belonged to gets similar posts from frustrated AOLers.

But then it's in AOL's interest to have an entire class of people who

can't function outside AOL's boundaries, eh? ;^)

why are you sending this to me? I never did or requested any of this. C

[List owner Bob Hurt automatically sends out an e-mail, every two weeks, I

believe, telling members how to post and how to unsubscribe. If you're just now

noticing that you get this, that is surprising. It's a good message to read.

For now on, messages that repeat previous messages will be deleted, withoug

notification.]
