Guest guest
Does anybody have any experience moving from Prolamine Iodine to Iodoral? Are any of my comments below applicable? I get my lab results back next week. Had no responses wondering if theres any body out there? > > I have been on a very effective standard process prolamine iodine protocol before joining this group. > > I suffer from PTSD type symptoms and hypogonadism and some other problems. Guest guest
Prolamine isn't the recommended iodine product so you are going to have a hard time finding anyone who has taken it. There have been a few but you would have to catch them online looking at your post. Guest guest
, Prolamine does not have both forms of iodine, that is, both potassium iodiDe and the elemental iodiNe. The body needs both and uses both. Iodoral furnishes both (as of course Lugol's does). So not only is Prolamine a LOT more expensive than either of those, it's also simply not adequate for iodine sufficiency. There's no problem with switching, but if you go immediately to 50mg you may experience some detox symptoms. But yes, you won't see full results until you get both kinds of iodine in your body in sufficient amounts to counteract the halide poisoning we are all bombarded with daily in today's world. Your feet will warm up when you start getting the full iodine spectrum at high enough doses. I'm SO MUCH BETTER than I was! For the first time in a couple of decades, I don't fear getting cold, because I know I'll warm up again when I get to a warm place. It's very different for me. -- On 18 Jan 2012 at 20:56, Kidman wrote: > Does anybody have any experience moving from Prolamine Iodine to > Iodoral?
