Guest guest
I'm starting out very slow and only recently increased from 3 mg iodoral to 6 mg. I don't feel too different except I'm getting eczema on my hands and I have a small patch on my foot. I had bad eczema in the past but it went away almost completely after I completed heavy metal chelation therapy and cleaned up my gut/ improved digestion. But it got worse during the chelation therapy, so maybe the bromide is having a similar effect. My hands are always a bit dry in the winter (I'm in Chicago and I wash my hands a lot at work because I work in healthcare) but the itchy patches of eczema just started after the increase in iodoral. Should I just do the sea salt protocol or take a day or two off from the iodoral? I've only been taking the 6 mg for about 4 days. I'm taking all the companion nutrients and using ultraClear. 1/2 tsp sea salt every morning. MJ
