Try lowering your iodine dose and see if anything changes.

btw, lack of overt " gut issue " is no guarantee that you have optimal gut

function. Most

people need periodic supplementation with probiotics because the stress of our

modern

world is itself enough to compromise gut health.

the

recommended amount for pregnant or lactating women who didn't take iodine

previously.
