Guest guest
Hello: I never used salt before and thought well, if Dr. Brownstein says it’s important, it can’t hurt me. Maybe this is not true for everyone. I have been using it since I started the Lugol’s in July and I LOVE IT. I couldn’t figure out why my blood pressure was getting harder to keep down. At bedtime, my lower legs are swollen and deeply imbedded marks from my socks. In the morning, my legs are normal and all the fluid has shifted to my eyes which are puffy. I would say that Salt is not good for everyone. Please does someone have any advice? Thanks, Bonnie

Guest guest
Yes Steph, I’ve read his salt book and love the Redmond’s salt, then I read in his Iodine book, how we needed it so I was glad to add it to my daily regimine. I don’t want to give it up however, it almost looks like PITTING Edema. Guest guest
I’m taking about ½ tsp Redmond’s per day. Most of the fluid seems to come out the next morning. Guest guest
Sometimes we find that Himalayan Salt is a better fit than Redmond's. Worth a try.
Guest guest
Bonnie,You might want to try a different whole salt. I find Celtic works better for us, but we use Redmonds in salt shakers because it “flows” better.
