Guest guest
- with all due respect (and I'll move to off topic from here if the discussion continues) not everyone does well on a gluten free diet (in fact for some gluten free can be deadly) and not everyone does well without the nutrients in wheat (myself being one of them). some are sensitive to wheat and gluten, yes. but gluten free and wheat free are NOT a universal benefit. imho. blessings! anjaPosted by: " DeNormandie" blessedark2010@... blessedark2010@... However, it's a little more expensive than some other forms (was originally significantly more), and it remains true that some people do better on various different forms of the various companion nutrients, so we tend not to get too specfic in the general information guidelines. Guest guest
I highly recommend this book. It is very readable -- a real page-turner, written in a witty style which helps you remember its salient points. It's been on the NYT best seller list, and it's still so popular that it's not out in a cheaper paperback version yet. However, it is available very economically in the electronic version at Amazon. There are already 178 reader reviews of this book, indicating its great popularity. Ah heck. My computer is acting up, and I can't post the link to it at Amazon for your convenience, but I will assure you that you won't be disappointed if you decide to get a copy of it. BTW, itching can also be a sign of gluten intolerance, especially the form known as dermatitis herpetiformis which is the recognized epidermal variant of celiac. (Celiac is a more severe, auto-immune form of gluten intolerance.) > > http://www.rodale.com/wheat-free-diet-0 > > Wheat is no longer what it was 100 years ago. Please read this. Guest guest
To clarify this - Gluten free cannot be deadly. All the nutrients in wheat are in other foods. No one *NEEDS* wheat. Let's not start hysteria here. Buist, ND HC Itching> > > > > > > > > > > I'm new to this group and have just started using Lugol's 2% . At> the moment I'm 'painting' with two drops on my skin. Guest guest
No we do not trim posts here (as a rule). Describe further what you mean by "Liver has blown up". I don't know how to answer your question.
