Guest guest Posted January 31, 2012 Report Share Posted January 31, 2012 I got back my Iodine / Bromide / Fluoride results from Hakala for the 24 hour loading test. Iodine 49mg (98%) Bromide 22.1mg Fluoride 1.65mg I have been taking 100mg iodine daily in the form of lugol's 5% for 2 months and gradually built up to that over the last 8 months.
