Guest guest
Hi gang, I just tried some organic milkthistle seeds, ground them myself and took about 1 tablespoon yesterday morning in yogurt. This morning I have stomach upset-nausea and have lost my appetite-all highly unusual for me. I can only think it's the milkthistle. Anyone else have this experience? Guest guest
I agree with . 1 Tbps may have been too much to start with. Also affecting how you feel is how often you move your bowels. If you liver dumped a lot of junk, and it is sitting in your intestinal tract, then it will make you feel sick. When you are detoxing, you want all your pathways working well to help move the junk out quickly.
