Hi Barbara,Page 4 of The Guide to Supplementing with Iodine: Lugol's 5% = Iodine 2.5 mg, Iodide 3.75 mg = 6.25 mgs total per dropLugol's 2% = Iodine 1.0 mg, Iodide 1. 5 mg = 2.5 mgs total per drop
