Guest guest
Is it safe to do the RT3 treatment (T3 only to lower Reverse T3) while on Iodine? What is Dr Brownsteins recommendations on how to lower it? Mine has been over 480 (ref range 90-350) with a ratio of 6 (should be 20 i think? or maybe 10) So I DEFINATELY have a RT3 major problem. I have tried all sorts of cleanses, stress reduction etc this past year. But life is way stressful and im having trouble getting it down and I think the RT3 is causing a bulk of my symptoms I read Dr Brownsteins Iodine book but he doesnt address Reverse T3.
