Guest guest
Hello, I have several symptoms that doctors have no explanation for. I have had them for over 10 years. I'm a 33 year old male. After doing some research I realized I have several symptoms of hypothyroidism. I tried the iodine protocol as instructed on this site for about 1 month (probably about 1 year ago). I realize this is not long enough and I do not remember the reason I stopped. I do remember that it did seem like my sleep improved when I was taking iodine. All of my symptoms have been much worse the last few weeks and I have considered trying the iodine protocol again. Anyway....My question. I just went to the doctor for a physical and got the blood work back. My TSH 3rd Gen is 0.688. It says normal is 0.550-4.780. So it falls on the very low end of normal. If I understand this correct that means I am much closer to Hyper and not Hypo thyroid. So in this case should I be supplementing with iodine? Thanks, Sam
Guest guest
I'm hyperthyroid and benefit from taking Lugol's iodine. I would go for it again Sam and also remember to take the companion nutrients everyday. Did you read the new member documents? On the group's home page there are files you would benefit from reading.
