My friend recently bought this salt at our local health food store:

Field Day Mediterranean Sea Salt

It says it is unbleached and unrefined, and containing naturally

occurring trace minerals, but it looks white like normal salt.

Anyone know if this is a good salt? The price is great.

Thanks,

Debbie

Hi Debbie:

I’m not

sure but I think the presence of those tiny little specks which are minerals,

means it is unrefined. Without the specks, I don’t think there is any

minerals in it.

Redmond’s Real Salt (from Utah)

has all the minerals in it and is recommended on this list.
